Is there any cost?
No — tours are completely free, with no obligation to book a stay afterwards.
Can I bring my dog?
For biosecurity and welfare reasons, dogs aren't permitted in the kennel area during a tour. We recommend coming on your own so you can focus on the visit, then meet again at your booking.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nothing at all. Just yourself and any questions you'd like to ask.
