Everything you need to know before your dog's stay
A simple, clear guide to drop-off, feeding, payments, vaccinations and onsite veterinary care. Please take a moment to read through — and don't hesitate to call us if anything's unclear.
Drop-off & Collection
Drop-offs and collections must take place within our standard times.
Drop-off Times

10:00am – 11:00am
2:30pm – 4:00pm
Sunday
10:00am – 1:00pm
Please bring:
- Up-to-date vaccination records
- Sufficient food for the duration of the stay
- Familiar bedding
- Any medication, with clear instructions
Collection Times

Drop-offs and collections cannot take place outside our standard times. If your travel plans change, please call us as soon as possible.
Early or Late Collection
If you collect your dog earlier than booked, the full booking will still be charged.
If you need to extend your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Any balance must be paid before collection.
ImportantFull payment must be made before drop-off. Please ensure your account is settled in advance to avoid any delay on the day.
Feeding
Dogs are creatures of habit — keeping their diet consistent during their stay helps them settle quickly and avoids upset stomachs.
Bring Their Usual Food
Owners are required to provide food for the duration of the stay. Changing your dog's diet in a new environment can lead to stress, poor appetite and weight loss — so we always feed what they're used to.
Raw Feeders
Please ensure the first day's food is fully defrosted and ready to serve on arrival. We'll need sufficient frozen food on hand for the entire stay — please factor this in to your packing.
Quantities
Please weigh your dog's daily food quantities and add this information to your portal. Pre-weighed portions in separate packages are also welcome — whichever is easier for you.
Payment Terms
Clear, transparent payment policies — no surprises.
Deposits
Deposits must be paid within 48 hours to secure a booking.
If your drop-off is within 30 days, the deposit covers the full booking amount. For drop-offs more than 30 days away, the deposit is 50% — with the balance due before drop-off.
Balance
All balances must be settled at least 30 days before drop-off.
If you need to extend your booking while your dog is with us, please let us know as soon as possible — any additional balance must be paid before collection.
Cancellations & Transfers
Deposits are non-refundable.
If your booking is cancelled in writing more than one month in advance, your deposit can be transferred to a future booking taken within 9 months. A deposit may only be transferred once.
Vaccinations
Vaccination requirements protect not only your dog, but every animal in our care. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all vaccines are in date — proof will be requested at drop-off.
DHP & Lepto
Both vaccines must be up to date before your dog can be admitted to the boarding facility:
- DHPDistemper, Hepatitis & Parvovirus
- LeptoLeptospirosis
Failure to provide up-to-date vaccinations will result in your dog being refused entry, with no refund on the booking.
Kennel Cough
The Kennel Cough vaccine is strongly advised but not mandatory.
If administered, it must be given at least 2 weeks before drop-off, as this is a live vaccine and needs time to take effect.
Titre Testing
We accept a titre test as an alternative to DHP and Lepto vaccinations.
The official result must be supplied in PDF format directly from your vet.
Live VaccinesAny live vaccine (including Kennel Cough) must be administered at least 2 weeks before drop-off. Dogs arriving within this 2-week window will be refused entry, with no refund on the booking.
Paws & Co Veterinary Centre
Our onsite veterinary practice gives every owner the ultimate peace of mind during their dog's stay.
Onsite Veterinary Clinic
Paws & Co Veterinary Centre is based at our facility — meaning expert veterinary support is always close at hand should it ever be needed.
Veterinary Cover
Our optional Veterinary Cover protects your dog throughout their stay. Any issues that arise during boarding will be covered when this is in place.
£20 per week for one dog — discounted rates available for multiple dogs.
Preventative Treatment
While your dog is with us, you can also book in for preventative care — from routine vaccinations through to dental work — saving you a separate trip to the vet.
