Important Information

Times: Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 11:00am and 2:30pm to 4:00pm

Sundays: 10:00am to 1:00pm

Required: Up to date vaccines, food for the duration of the stay, bedding, medication if required.

If you arrive to collect your dog earlier than expected you will still be charged for your full booking.

If you need to extend your booking, you must inform us as soon as possible and pay the balance before collection.

You can not drop off or collect your dog outside of the stated times.

You must supply the food for your dogs stay. We do not feel that it is in the best interest of your dog to change food whilst also putting them in a new environment as they are likely not to eat to start with and lose weight.

Please bring the first days food defrosted and ensure that you have enough food for the duration of the stay.

Please weigh your dogs food quantities and add this to your dogs information on your portal.

If you would prefer to send pre-weighed food in seperate packages, this is fine.

Deposits must be payed within 48 hours to secure your booking.

If your drop off date is within 30 days, your deposit will be for the full amount of the booking.

For drop off in over 30 days, your deposit will be 50% and the balance must be paid before drop off.

All balances must be settled before drop off.

If you need to extend your booking whilst your dog is with us, you must inform us as soon as possible and pay the balance before collection.

Deposits are non refundable. 

If your booking is cancelled in writing over one month in advance, deposits can be transferred for a future booking within 9 months of your current booking. A deposit can only be transferred once. 

Both these vaccines are mandatory to be checked into the boarding facility. It is the customers responsibility to ensure these are in date. Failure to provide up to date vaccine will result in your dog being refused entry and no refund on the full amount of your booking.

The Kennel Cough vaccine is advised but not mandatory. If you do have this vaccine it must be at least 2 weeks prior to your drop off date as this is a live vaccine.

If your vaccine is less than 2 weeks prior, this will result in your dog being refused entry and no refund on the full amount of your booking.

A titre test is accepted for both DHP and Lepto. We must received the official result in PDF form from your Vets.
